Formal box and rose parterre, Burley in Wharfedale

Large country garden with formal box and rose parterre planted in the lawn in front of the house.

The client approached us to plant the formal box parterre. He liked the idea of using a vibrant orange. We proposed using two varieties of David Austin roses underplanted with purple blue perennials for a strong colour contrast.
